Basic Testing
£65
This package covers all the basic tests for those looking to assess their physical capabilities against the testing that professional sportsmen and women are subjected to.
These will include the full battery of jump tests, assessing hamstring strength, explosive power measurements, and a variety of sprint and endurance running tests depending on the sport you play.
You will have access to the Move Health app where you will be able to see all your historical test results logged. During the session we will be able to call up the vast VALD normative database to compare yourself against other athletes in a wide variety of sports.
Based on your test scores, we will also include a range of exercises on the Move Health app that you can perform at home
Pro Level
£99
The Pro Level package includes all the testing from the basic level, but goes a step further by giving you a virtual one to one session with a leading sports therapist who will be able to discuss your scores in greater detail, as well as helping to address any concerns you may have.
By having access to a physio who works with professional athletes on a daily basis, you will truly receive the “pro” level treatment through this package.
